THE OWNER/FOUNDER (CHEF MICHAEL JASA CEC, ACE) BRINGS OVER 27 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE TO THIS COMPANY. HE HAS ALSO DEVELOPED A NETWORK OF COLLEAGUES TO PROVIDE A MULTITUDE OF CONSULTING SERVICES UNDER THE SAME ROOF. CHEF MICHAEL IS AN HONORS GRADUATE OF THE CULINARY INSTITUTE OF AMERICA HE HAS RECENTLY SERVED AS THE AMERICAN CULINARY FEDERATION CHAPTER PRESIDENT WHILE OBTAINING THE DESIGNATION OF CERTIFIED EXECUTIVE CHEF AND APPROVED CULINARY EVALUATOR, ALONG WITH EARNING SEVERAL MEDALS IN PROFESSIONAL COMPETITIONS. MICHAEL HAS HELD EXECUTIVE CHEF ROLES, ALONG WITH OTHER CAREER POSTITIONS AT PROPERTIES TO INCLUDE: THE BREAKERS HOTEL, CHARLEY'S CRAB, NAPA RIVER GRILL, CORONA BEACH HOUSE, ISLAND CHICKEN GRILL, BRIO TUSCAN GRILL, GROVE PARK INN RESORT, AND MANY OTHERS. MICHAEL HAS ALSO RECENTLY WORKED AS A CHEF INSTRUCTOR AT THE FLORIDA CULINARY INSTITUTE AND THEN MOVED FORWARD AS A SPECIALIST SUPPORTING EQUIPMENT TECHNOLOGY FOR ALL SEGMENTS OF FOODSERVICE.
